Best service advisor we've ever had
As always great customer service, it was a longer wait then expected but i understand the hold up and how many customers where there today. I'll be returning to my next check up because Right Honda is great to me!
Only the main fuse was changed although now than was blown. We turned around when we saw the two didn't turn on. They replace that first but again did not check all other fuses. We discovered on the way home that the sound was not coming out so another fuse must be blown. Now I have to go back again ????

I was surprised at how efficiently service was provided. I was in and out within about 1/2 hour.
I didn’t know that my airfilter was as Dirty( Fitlhy) dirty as it said
I would of had in changed. I’m the past they would bring the filter out to me.
Not happy ... if it was that dirty you should of told me.

Alan did a great job. He kept me updated and informed on the work repairs needed and was great in covering for Bill Thornton who is my regular service advisor.
We are very impressed with how pleasant and very helpful every employee treated us while we were there for a service call for our Honda. We want to thank everyone for greeting, being excellent in customer service and making it a very seemless experience.

The reason i went to the further Honda instead of the closer one is I loath the upsell. I was hoping to ONLY get the recall service and it was what I got.
I will go back to this Honda for future work. ;-)
