I didn’t know that my airfilter was as Dirty( Fitlhy) dirty as it said
I would of had in changed. I’m the past they would bring the filter out to me.
Not happy ... if it was that dirty you should of told me.

Alan did a great job. He kept me updated and informed on the work repairs needed and was great in covering for Bill Thornton who is my regular service advisor.

The reason i went to the further Honda instead of the closer one is I loath the upsell. I was hoping to ONLY get the recall service and it was what I got.

Just wanted to mention that when serving my headlights were turned off. Didn't realize it until I was on the freeway that night and other drivers made me aware. I would put that on your check list. The service went great and timely thx

Fabian was awesome. The service performed on my vehicle exceeded all of my expectations. That's why I continue to travel 50 miles in each direction, bypassing several other Honda dealerships, just to get my work performed at Right Honda. Incredible team!!!

Took my car in to have the tire pressure checked they repaired it and the air filters and said everything else was fine a day later my maintenance light comes on and I need an oil change so now I have to go back , when if they would have checked over everything in the first place I wouldn’t have to be inconvenienced in going back sitting and waiting when they could have done it all the day I was there
