It was all rather comical and I’ll be glad when the construction is done but nobody should leave only one drive open. I had another guy actually drive me out. The directions I got to do it myself lead me to a blockade.
There was one problem. I presume Andrew was not the reason for it. After I signed the paperwork for the recall. He said I was to wait by the double doors for my car to come around. I waited about 30 minutes, I Eventually went and asked the person at the desk where I signed off on the work if he can find my car for me. It took another five minutes to find my car and bring it around. FYI.
It looked to me like most people were waiting quite a while for the cars.
Daniel is great! I will be bringing my car here and to Daniel instead of in flagstaff.

I brought my 2018 CRV Touring in due to constant rattle passenger side dash. It is not fixed and possibly worse than when I brought it in.

Great service at price quoted earlier two months ago
My service rep Daniel did a great job. However I was surprised that my complimentary car wash was not done today and they failed to check the windshield wiper fluid’s and all of those things are part of the usual inspection.
I realized when I left that the car wash had not been done and the wiper fluid. and I did come back they took care of it then I’m not sure if it was just a busy day after the holiday or what but those things were a little off but Daniel was great overall
The 2018 CRV recall parts were not available and had to be ordered
