My only disappointment today was not having Carlos tech #173 work on my Accord. I requested Carlos in advance when I made my appointment with Vanessa. It was a SPECIFIC request. I confirmed with Vanessa that this requirement be in my permanent service record for all future service appointments. She promised me the request was entered and noted. It is important for me to have the same tech each time my vehicle is serviced. I’m flexible and willing to advance schedule for that privilege. Alan who is wonderful (and the REASON I don’t go to an independent)recommended Carlos to me. I appreciated that advice. I sincerely hope in the future my request will be honored. Thank you. Linda K

Mr Steve Yazzie was AMAZING- as the issue with our Honda came as a surprise as we were headed out of town, Mr Steve handled our situation, he was super courteous, always available when we had questions, arranged for a loaner so we could continue our travels and made sure if we had any concerns/questions he would be there to assist us.
