Competitive prices service friendly service writers however oil change and new air filter took 2 hours to complete and this is too long !
Steven was very competent and did an excellent job with communicating with me regarding the status of my service repair.

My moonroof malfunctioned for the third time. Brought it back to be repaired again. TJ kept asking me what I was doing to it. I informed him I was just pushing the button to close it. He then asked what my adult children might be doing to the roof while they ride in my car. He informed me that Honda would fix it this time but never again. It is clearly a faulty part. I am a longtime Honda customer. I have owned 6 Hondas. This car is not even a year old. If this is how Honda stands by their product then I am finished with them. So basically I have a pain roof that I’m afraid to push the button to open because if it breaks again I will have to pay to repair it when it is clearly faulty. Nice way to handle a customer.

It shouldn't take 2 hours for a simple oil change. I know it isn't express service but it shouldn't take more than an hour. Also things fell out or were taken out of the glove box while checking the cabin filter and were left on the floor of my car.

You’re rep was one of the many reasons women fear having car problems, instead of teaching or simply explaining your rep was mean and belittling, I even had to call my dad to get the attention required to get my questions answered. This reminded me to leave a poor review for this location and will not be coming back!
