Took 2 hours to get an oil change. I’ve been going for years to this location and I’ve been in and out in less than an hour and received friendlier service. Likely won’t return after this experience.

Steve really came through for us diagnosing our problem with our car right away. He was extremely conscientious and helpful. Got our car fixed in a timely fashion and made sure to explain everything. We appreciated his kindness to us and we are very satisfied and pleased with his service.

For Maintenance, stop trying to upsell the maintenance!!!! We will come to you when we need your help. We do not need constant updates on repairs that are unnecessary! I received a 4-wheel alignment three weeks ago and today you tell me I need a 4-wheel align
I picked up the vehicle yesterday, so wait and see how service the mechanics did. On the repairs and service. So I can’t give you an honest thumbs up on the work done yet

There is the same noise that I came in for when I got my first oil change and the tires were in fact defective. They replaced 2 tires and now the other two tires after a rotation are making the same noises. But I'm being told nothing is wrong and the situation wasn't rectified at all. Plus I feel like he talked down to me as a women
