Daniel was terrific. In addition to the service needed I was worried about scratches on my windshield possibly caused by a detailed. Even though the service dept was unusually busy today, Daniel took the time to address the scratches as best as possible and documented the damage as requested. He made sure I got the discount offer on tire rotation as well as checking the list and found for my jacket! All this with a personable and professional demeanor. He also fully answered all my questions re recalls. Please show this to his supervisor- Daniel deserves kudos and I am glad I bought my CR-V from Right Honda.

The service was fine. The issue/problem, however was not fixed and without Honda Corp coming up with a true fix to the oil dilution problem, we can only keep documenting the problem, and passing the issue on to Consumer Reports and other entities that hopefully will apply the needed pressure for Honda Corp to make this’s problem right for its customers. The dilution problem is not normal and will certainly decrease the life of the engines affected by this issue. I just hope I will not have resort to legal ramifications.

Apparently my tires were low and they filled them. However, my dash keeps flashing that my tire pressure is low now, which it didn’t do prior to my visit with Right.
