An oil change and tire rotation took 2 hours when it was promised it would take no more than an hour at most. When I asked the young man at the podium in the customer lounge if he would check on the progress he told me to go find Fabian (who I had not met as another service person checked me in) and ask him myself. I’ll never visit your dealership again.
As always, I was treated in a most professional manner. Your salesperson, Tony, was excellent. I didn’t feel any pressure at all from him, only truth and facts. It’s hard to argue with that. As a long-time honda customer, I wanted to add that Timothy was great. I was greeted right away upon arrival, given a realistic time estimate as to when my car would be diagnosed and ready for pick up. My car is driving great and the issue seems to be resolved.
