I was told my battery didn’t pass the load test and needs to be replaced. Then I was informed that my battery is an aftermarket battery. I purchased my vehicle brand new from a Honda dealer and have never had my battery replaced. Kinda confused why your shop would say this to me.

I made an appointment, my car was taken in 45 minutes after I arrived. The technician never spoke to me to go over what he found or did. They say they washed my car, it sure didn't look like it.
