The Honda has 50,000 Mile Warranty,Powertrain, Engine, Transmission the Transmission selector which is the controller of the Transmission, started acting up... it started by not shifting into Reverse and then the D- for Drive and R- for Reverse would also Flash... Transmission Problems Detected... But when I bought the Honda in for service, the advice Deptartment told me it as not a Transmission Problem, it was the selector Box, not the Transmission, and not covered under the power train warranty, I think the lever nd selector Switch is part of the Powertrain and Honda was just trying to collect an Extra $500.00 Dollars. I will take that into consideration, when get ready to get me next New Car. Not a Happy Honda Owner. Lots of other Dealers out in the market place And lots of other kinds of car being sold in US... I scheduled an oil change service for 7:15 this morning and was settled in the waiting area by 7:40 am . I was anticipating about an 1hr to 1.5 hr wait time so I opted to wait at the dealership. I was very disappointed that I did not receive my car until almost 4 hours later, at 11:19am! Further, I was not even given an update to let me know that possibly the maintenance techs were busy and I should anticipate a longer wait time so I could plan accordingly. Instead I had to ask the cashier for an update which no one gave him an exact time frame when my car would be ready. I plan to follow up with the service manager regarding this unacceptable service. I have never had to wait so long for a service that should take 30-45 mins and not even been updated if there are delays. I will not be returning to Right Honda and will instead take business to Bell Honda who provides 110% better experience.
