Why wasn’t the inspection done while the car was in the shop.? There was a form provided when the car was checked in for the recall but the inspection wasn’t done.

Very happy w/ the service I received. Went in because my tire pressure light was on, and $740 later I drove away with two new tires, a new battery and other work done. Glad I stopped in because I don't want to find myself with bigger car problems down the road. I think I actually came in at the exact right time, thanks so much.
