Andrew was good. The oil change was fine. The noise/rattle in the passenger front area came back an hour after leaving the dealership. I need to reschedule an appointment to have it relooked at it again.
I parked my car and waited over 20 minutes for service help. I was annoyed that it took that long to get checked in for an oil change.
The service representative was very friendly, clear, and explain Upfront what to expect. I enjoyed the snacks in the waiting room

Fabian has been my service advisor since I bought my Honda almost 6 years ago. He has always been exceptionally courteous, professional, and helpful. He is the reason I will buy another Honda when I am ready to give my current CRV to my daughter, and buy a new one. I would never take my car to anyone else for service - he is the BEST!!
