No issues with Tj but the approach has changed. Immediare text to buy my car. Then 2500 upsell on things not needed. For example 2 small nails in tire. Suggested 2 new tires. Discount tire fixed quickly and laughed at suggestion to replace with 5-6 mm on tread. Upsell for fluid change at a crazy price without seeing all were done 2 years ago, and brake fluid 6 months ago. I passed on all additional service and left. I have been a customer for 20 years. If this is the new Right way, I'll go elsewhere. Again, Tj was fine, but I miss Bill Thorton.

Steve was fine and service was fairly quick, but the service arrival is not great. We had an appointment, but other cars that arrived after us were greeted first. We have experience at other dealers where they nearly run to greet you by name and make you feel welcome. It might seem small, but it is truly enough for me to investigate going to another dealership. That "meh" feeling.

I was without an appointment and was glad to be able to get service. Everyone was nice and helpful. The time I was quoted was accurate. I chose to wait. The waiting room was set up well with lots of space both inside and outside. Please move the smoking section away from the patio seating area. I was outside. Enjoying the beautiful weather and a smoker came out and I had to go in. I am repulsed by the cigerate smoke. While my wait time was quoted accurately, I still found it long.

Big ups to the superstar champion, everyone give it up for TJ!!! If it wasn’t for you, none of this would’ve happened. Seriously. You set the tone from the start and made the entire experience smooth, comfortable, and actually enjoyable. You were patient with me (which meant a lot), knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. That kind of service is rare. You’re the man, and I truly appreciate everything you did. Massive recognition is deserved.

Things I did not appreciate about right Honda’s latest service l: - being upsold on products that are larger profit margin for the dealership than just paying for the products with coupons - having my car be returned with trash inside it from the service - having the multipoint inspection maintenance suggestions total 4k+ when the checklist says the car does not need attention - seeing in the maintenance room a leader board for service sales - this tells me the team is concerned about lining their pocket and not getting the right service for their customers

I was extremely dissatisfied with the level of service I received. I dropped the car off and never heard back until I finally called and spoke to a manager. I bought my car from Right Honda and have always been pleased up to this point. The lack of communication has put a very bad taste in my mouth regarding Right.

TJ was very unfriendly. I had to wait over 5 minutes before he waited on me without apologizing or much explanation. I could tell he wasn’t really interested in taking care of me. It took over an hour and half for a routine oil and filter change and that was with an appointment.

I’ve had the vehicle in six times for the same problem and somehow it cannot be fixed, your mechanics cannot figure it out, so I picked up the vehicle, got home in the next time I turned it on your mechanics have forgotten to reset this service alert on the dash after it had been serviced so now I have to figure out a time in my busy schedule to get back down just have the service light turned on, unsatisfactory.
