Bill was nice but not impressive. We dropped my daughter’s car off at 9 am and didn’t hear back about until she called back to ask. Then she got a text with hundreds more in the estimate. It was $200 for them to diagnose a broken wire for her gas cap that I told them was broken when we dropped it off. We miss Kelsey…not sure where the service dept. headed because she was an awesome service advisor.
