It took a little bit longer than anticipated (4.5 hrs) but at the end I was satisfied with the work.
I was super happy with service. My only suggestion would be that every other dealership I have gone too washed my car after service..I understand it's not a necessity but it sure was an AWESOME gesture. Thank you

I came in today for an oil change. Alan informed me that I was in need of a complete fluid flush. I have been coming to this dealership for 20 years and I always trust them, so I went for it. Four hours plus later it was finally done. The last two times I have been in. I have come in without my check engine light on and I have left with my check engine light on. The first time I was informed that it was my catalytic converter and since the car is very old, I opted not to fix it for $3700. Luckily the light went off the next day. This time I came in without any engine light on, as it mysteriously went off the day after the service three months prior and as I got in my car to leave after 4 1/2 hours, the check engine light was on. I was informed it was probably the catalytic converter again since we never repaired it even though it hadn’t been on for three months. If I had thought it was really the catalytic converter I never would’ve put $650 in it today, but anyways, luckily Jason came to the rescue, the master technician, and said that one of the hoses was not connected properly and he fixed it and reset the engine light. If it weren’t for Jason, I would probably never come back there again. My unwavering trust has been shaken. My regular service manager is Bill Thornton. He has been out the last couple of times. Alan always takes very good care of me when Bill is out and I have never had any experiences like this before. I have always loved the dealership but today it felt like everybody was walking around in slow motion. Many many people doing nothing. The car concierge and other people. I felt like, I guess this is why the prices have gotten so high. They have to pay all these people to stand around doing nothing. Literally walking around, yawning on their phones to the restroom a million times while I waited and waited. I could not understand why the wait was 4 1/2 hours for the situation. I saw one of the mechanics getting a snack as I was getting some coffee and asked him. Are you guys shorthanded back there and told him what I was waiting for and he said well sometimes depending on the car they have to go out and get the fluids. They don’t have them there. All in all, a horrible experience and like I said if it weren’t for Jason and Alan and Bill Thornton, I would not come there anymore. Also, I have bought both of my cars there.. And I brought my mother there to buy her CRV. I never go anywhere else.

No issues with Tj but the approach has changed. Immediare text to buy my car. Then 2500 upsell on things not needed. For example 2 small nails in tire. Suggested 2 new tires. Discount tire fixed quickly and laughed at suggestion to replace with 5-6 mm on tread. Upsell for fluid change at a crazy price without seeing all were done 2 years ago, and brake fluid 6 months ago. I passed on all additional service and left. I have been a customer for 20 years. If this is the new Right way, I'll go elsewhere. Again, Tj was fine, but I miss Bill Thorton.
Steve was fine and service was fairly quick, but the service arrival is not great. We had an appointment, but other cars that arrived after us were greeted first. We have experience at other dealers where they nearly run to greet you by name and make you feel welcome. It might seem small, but it is truly enough for me to investigate going to another dealership. That "meh" feeling.
