The communication was not good. I had to initiate all the phone calls to get an update on my vehicle. The job took two days as well. Not up to the Honda standard I have had on other repair visits.

I’ve brought all my Hondas to Right Honda for service and received good service, but Ken has taken it to a higher level. He’s courteous, friendly, he listens to my concerns, works to give me solutions and if I say I can’t take care of a suggestion immediately, does not try to push me to do it, he listens to my reasons for not going ahead at that time. Simply put, I trust him with my car.
Alan J. McKenna always provides excellent customer service and trustworthy guidance on the car maintenance for my 2022 CR-V. My late husband always trusted Alan and when he passed away three years ago, Alan told me he would help me concerning the car care. Alan has kept that promise. He clearly explains everything. I have peace of mind knowing Alan is watchful over the car care needs and I am happy to commend him on his excellence by and caring manner.
Steven was kind and very good at his job. I felt taken care of. I do wish he would’ve told me that my car was fine or something about my tire tread but other than that it was a seamless experience!

Came in for oil/change & tire rotation. Car was returned 1.5 hours later with a dirty windshield and all Apple Car Play/bluetooth connection gone? Returned 20 minutes later to try and get my settings returned correctly. 2 guys could not figure out and said to drive around cause there WiFi is gliche. Went home and try to fix but to no avail. Been a long time customer and couldn’t be more disappointed in the overall experience.
