I feel sad to choose Right Honda for service and would ensure that friends and family avoid in future. There is no notification and call until the service dept is closed and then the payment is done over phone(which is weird) . Also in this way you can’t put up any questions on the service tasks performed. I was informed that the f you don’t do this then come after 2 days to pick the car. The other depts or front desk/ sales had no clue about all this. You call it service and you can’t provide it. Sorry but Right Honda service is a big disappointment.
Chris did a great keeping me informed, delivering value and establishing trust with his service department and me the customer. I felt great about the experience.

There was a mixup with the schedule and the service department Left me in the service area waiting for a while but is soon as I pointed it out, they Processed my vehicle right away. Lennon was professional and graceful and very nice, and so was Dan

My only complaint was having to wait 30 minutes for a ride home. Not serviceman’s fault.

I wasn't completely unsatisfied but was bothered that there wasn't better communication. About 5-10 minutes after checking in a sales person called and texted me to look at other cars to possibly trade. I test drove another vehicle while waiting and then upon return wasn't sure if I needed to check in on the status of the car or just wait. At that point it was about 45 minutes from drop off, which is what we were quoted for length of wait so I elected to wait longer. Ended up waiting a full hour and a half total and finally decided to check in at the counter. The very friendly lady there indicated my invoice had just been dropped off a few minutes before. I'm not really sure why I wasn't notified that it was ready. If it was because Tim couldn't locate me in the waiting area that's fine but a heads up phone call or text would have been nice. If the car was done while I was out for the test drive that would make sense why Tim couldn't find me in the lobby, if that's even the case, because the flip side of that would then be that the nice person at the counter wasn't accurate about time frames of when the invoice was ready because I was in the lobby during those "few minutes" that she would be referring to.
I don't need a call back to discuss anything further, just thought you should know. Aside from that my service experience was fine.

Arrived in Scottedale Wednesday evening from Las Vegas to spend a long weekend with long time friends. Got in the car Thursday morning to a dead batterey... Oh no!!..
Nearby worker gave me a jump and told me of your dealership. Called and talked to Alan...got to the dealership in 20 minutes...Alan said I'll have you out of here in an hour...40 minutes later I was on my way: ALAN FOR CEO!! Not only made my tee time, but met everyone for lunch.
Always amazing service, that's why I continue to come back!
