When I dropped the van for A1 service, I had requested Tim to check the battery. As always Tim called me back in about an hour to give me an update - told me the battery checked out OK, tested few times to make sure the readings are correct. Called me back as soon as the service is over to let me know that the van is ready and wanted to know if I needed a ride. Very prompt, reliable and always pleasant.

Lennon did a great job ensuring my car needs were met..I forgot about the airbag recall when I dropped off my car for an oil change but Lennon made sure it was taken care of while my car was there. That's service!
