Andrew was fine but I am very disappointed in Honda in that you still do not have a fix for the known issue of infotainment system malfunction. Why has Honda not fixed this problem? This is the second issue With my 2017 CRV that had made me question your commitment to quality.

Bill Thornton is exactly what every dealership service person should be: Professional, Courteous, Very Friendly, and always willing to assist! I drove Fords for years and switched to Honda mainly because the service center at Auto Nation Ford was terrible! I hope you pay Bill well so he remains your employee.

Don’t tie my phone number from your service department into your sales department. I didn’t appreciate getting two phone calls and a text from a sales person telling me they wanted to buy my car when I took it in for service. My phone number was not there for a sales opportunity. It was there to conduct business with the service department only. I would highly advise you to stop this annoying and invasive tactic. Kind regards.

I had been promised a free oil & filter change, because I had to return to Right Honda so that the mechanic could remove the tools he left in my car. After returning for the free oil & filter change, Right Honda's service department wanted to charge me for the service that I was promised would be free. It was very frustrating to wait outside in the heat until they finally decided they owed me the free service. Also, the tire pressure warning sensor came back on Wednesday. Apparently, they didn't troubleshoot the cause of the problem-just reset the sensor. The problem is still there undiscovered.
