Usually the service advisor automatically goes over the inspection with me an asks if I wanted to get any of the items done but this time I had to ask for the inspection report and although I wanted the filters changed because they were indicated yellow on the report - I wasn't given the option to have them replaced while I was there

Easy straight forward service. However, I previously reviewed numerous phone calls soliciting service. I don't put many miles on this vehicle so please reduce the calls. I bought the 4 oil change deal so I'll call when I'm ready. Thank you.

Thank you so much for your flexibility and thoroughness throughout the entire service process for my car. As someone who is pregnant and feeling a bit overwhelmed, I truly appreciated how patient, kind, and understanding everyone was.
Steven was especially wonderful. He took the time to explain everything, made me feel comfortable throughout the process, and even gave my son a toy while we waited for our car to be serviced. That small gesture meant a lot and made our visit much easier.

Jeremy was good but your prices to fix stuff were INSANE. So insane that I’m not sure we will ever come back to your service department. $151 for windshield wipers?! Almost $2800 for some strut work that is not even critical at this time?! $200 to even do a diagnostic?! Gross.
