After checking the oil life 'usage" wrench app at home, it was still at 30%; it had not been re-set by the technician. I figured out how to do it, but as the manual states, not re-setting it can lead to serious problems in the future. I'm glad I checked it.
Also, it has been a long time since having a car serviced at a dealer that the car was not returned "washed". Most services done cost $$$; returning the car a little better than it was when it arrived, in other words "clean" leaves a lasting impression.
Chris did not greet me promptly - I had to sit in my car for at least 5 minutes waiting for him even though no one else was there. I received a text about my service but he didn’t come out once and talk with me- I just got a text saying it was done even though I wanted more items to be addressed that were on the service report. I had to go out to find him to ask him to please have the air filters changed. I seemed like a big inconvenience to him. It was really off putting

My car was held over the weekend when it could’ve been done by Friday. Which is fine I was okay with just coming to get a loaner to drive. But if I’m going to accommodate the nice, simple gesture could’ve been to wash my car before returning it dirtier
