Brian very professional. Straight up guy. I thought use if the video clip showing a dirty air filter a bit strange? I see no need for that. Just say " air filter could be replaced, would you like us to do it for $ 42? East enough

I felt minimized and disrespected. When I picked up the vehicle Tj wasnt there and first guy was less than polite when I questioned the bill. I went back in to ask for discarded key fob and they acted like I was crazy. I dont feel I was treated well at all.
