My car was not washed after the oil change. I told the guy that brought me my car and he tried to argue with me that it had been washed but it wasnt. I was very upset but inuad my 2 small children with me and just ended up leaving without my car getting washed
I am from Illinois and my 2016 Honda Pilot had numerous warning lights come on, while I was visiting in AZ. I called the closest Honda dealer, Right Honda. I spoke with Andrew Service Department, he was Great! He was able to get my car in the next morning and called me with an update. I picked up my car a day later, because I didn’t have a ride, and they held my car no problem. I must say I received Excellent Service at Right Honda. I will definitely return for Honda Pilot Service and possibly purchase my next car there. Thank You!!

Dan Organ was great however I feel like there should be a number system like the Deli Restaurants used to do because I saw Several people that came in after me that were in and out and I got to Right Honda at 6:55 a.m. and at 9:20 a.m. Dan advised me that my car hadn’t been touched and that I could borrow a loaner which I took advantage of however I’ve been going to Right Honda to service my 2005 Honda Accord and I never waited two hours only to be told that my car hadn’t been touched. If you a number system not only for the customer but for the service person doing the work on the car then you’ll have more satisfied customers as I heard from several people that there were some very upset people and it’s not surprising as not everyone if going to be ok about waiting over two hours only to be told that your car hadn’t been touched.
The work was done on a timely manner and I appreciated their professionalism
