I came in for an oil change (and inspection, to be sure) and I paid $170 to “deodorize” my a/c system. Seriously? There was no odor that I could detect, and I was taken by complete surprise by this “service”. I am not remotely happy about this and will speak to Honda tomorrow morning.

Always a great experience here, even buying my car here. Was told my window tint was going to be around 3-4 hours. I let them know I would be staying there while my car was being serviced. My car ended up taking maybe less than 2 hours which was great!

But I would really like to recognize and give a huge kudos to Timothy Hatcher he always goes above and beyond in answering any questions and displays amazing customer service and takes the time for the client and is very professional.
