Andrew was outstanding in his customer service, answered all my questions and even went back to the service technician to find a document to show me how I could restart the navigation system should it fail again in the future while I am out alone driving. I cannot express how important his level of thoroughness was to me!

What would make it even better is to wash my car. The first time I got service at your place (just after I moved from the Bay Area), you wash my bug filled car - it was great!! Also, the dealer I used in CA washed my car when I got service. It’s a nice touch.

Fabian is always professional. He returns calls promptly, provides detailed information on the issue and answers any questions I may have. He is always pleasant with a smile. I trust him completely and who can say that I’m this day and age? I have referred quite a few Honda owners to the Right dealership and to Fabian who were going to other dealerships. Fabian is The best!
