It is so nice to have that driver rear door working again and it was helpful to have them notice other items that needed attention on my van. Thank you -love my 2006 odyssey and don’t want to let it go yet, drives like s dream!
Dan that works in the service department is outstanding man. I believe he use to be a coach. For what sport I forgot. He is super professional and alwAys has tips for a struggling full time work and psychology student. Cheers to you Dan

Daniel Estrella is polite, professional, treated me with respect and gave details on which problem needs to be fixed when ( which can wait and how long). First time felt not frustrated with service experience! I come in and each single time it is one or two grand I pay. Look at my records.
I think many of the service agents are good, he is exceptional thus far!

We understand that we don't need the oil change every 3 months if we are under 4,000 miles but since we are paying for Honda care to get a oil change 4 times a year we would like to get the service completed without someone trying to talked out of it.
