Andrew, my service advisor, was courteous and professional, and the service I required was completed to my satisfaction.
If I go in for an oil change I only want an oil change. I’m tired of you trying up sale me every time and will be taking my services somewhere else from here on out!!!

When Dan told me that my car should be ready when I paid the front desk. I walked to outside and been waiting for my car for 10-15 minutes. I told 2 guys that I have been waiting for my car since standing outside and fews people got their cars back in few minutes and for me more than 10 minutes. That’s very rude and unprepared for customer arrive to expect their car ready. I saw my car sitting there and do nothing at all. I was pissed me off for waiting period of time.
Mr. organ did a great job. I came in for an oil change and he convinced me to take care of some other maintenance issues. The only complaint is that he didn’t laugh at our jokes.
As always, outstanding - this is the reason I return to Right Honda time and again for my auto service!

I was told the oil change and tire rotation would take 45 minutes. It took 1 1/2 hours. And turns out I didn’t need the tires rotated. I have never waited that long anywhere for an oil change. The remodel in the waiting area was very nice. I was excited about the quiet room option to get work done. Unfortunately a couple came in and talked on their speaker phone for 20 minutes to their grandkids. Wow. Not a good experience today at Right Honda.
