Yes I was very satisfied.
Tim Hatcher took very good care to insure that my skid plate was repaired and secured in place and he did so in a time efficient way.
When they gave me back my van, it was damaged on both sides! Yes-damaged.
I guess your employees were hoping I wouldn’t notice the severe damage. So,
than satisfied. Poor business practices. Clearly nobody cared. I didn’t take my van. It is at your facility and will take two weeks to be fixed! NOT satisfied. And,
doors still don’t work which is why it was there. I can’t trust your service department but had no choice but to leave it since you did severe damage to it.
Service is great timing was great but I think they got into my ice cream stash in my door handles where I keep all my loose change there's some still there but it's not all there I think
Every member of the team was courteous and efficient. I was well informed. The service was prompt. I am very pleased.

Hey, Tim was just great. I have no problems with him. It was the wait that I had when I first arrived. It seem like I was being ignored and that nobody cared. If someone, anyone, could just come to the car and say were really busy right now but someone will be with you in 5 to 10 minutes that would’ve been wonderful. But I am there and everybody’s walking around that works at Right Honda and nobody’s saying can I help you. That makes a customer feel ignored and that no one cares about helping them. If you clue me in that you’re busy and it will take five minutes before someone can help me— I’m good! But no one did....
I was very pleased with the Service Department. My first time there and the staff was very professional and friendly. I was there for a airbag recall and I was in and out within 45 mins as stated in the letter by Honda.

Service was excellent; however, It was suggested that I have my tires rotated! When I took the car to Costco I thought that was all i needed. Costco said when they were rotating the tires they found the inside of two tires were bald. Then when they went to balance the tires, they found that one of the other tires had a slit in it! Not sure why Right Honda didn’t catch these defects in the tires!
Pleased with the rest; however, wish they had looked at my tires better!!!
