Ken was great. He helped me figure out my warranty on my tires and got me out as fast as he could. I am very grateful for his attention to details.
Alex was prompt, thorough and courteous in working with him. After the work was completed he assisted in explaining the future work that would be necessary. I appreciated the time he took in simplifying the explanation of the work needed to be done in the future.

Yazzie. More like Yahtzee, got the winning hand dealing with this Service Advisor. Exceptional and professional. Quickest turnaround time. Quicker than my bathroom break in the handicap stall. Would recommend, will be back if I hit another road cone.

The problem that brought me to Right Honda was solved/corrected. What I did not learn was what would have happened if I had ignored the noise and not brought the Civic in. Micah Smith did a great job explaining what needed to be done and how long it would take.

I was told it was almost done when he called me around 4pm. I came at 5pm and they said just wrapping a few things up on it. Then Alex said he was leaving and someone else would take care of me. At 5:45 I went back to the desk and there was only 1 rep left. He was helping someone else then asked if I was waiting on a car. No one came to get me and the estimated time was way longer than I was told 3 times. I had the car there for 5 hours plus 1 after I was on my way. Poor customer service. Everyone was nice but the execution was not there for getting me out of there. There’s no telling how long the car was done before I went and asked.

Expected max 2 hour service took over 3 hours. End result was satisfactory but timeline was way off. I would have hoped that appt wouldn’t be scheduled if service center was that backed up. Appt was scheduled with rep for 9:45. Appt was made at 9:15 for electronics reset.
I have had HORRIBLE experiences with Right Honda previous to this. I did not want to come, but had a recall and a warranty issue that could only be done by the dealership. When I arrived, I snapped at TJ and told him how frustrated that I was with Right Honda and how I did not want to do anything besides the warranty and the recall. He took it professionally, and then was considerate of my needs throughout the remainder of the visit. He asked questions to ensure that he understood what I wanted, made sure I gave consent on decisions regarding g my vehicle and the service was done well.
