Final bill when I went to pay was different than the final bill Just sent me.
I caught the difference (approximately $100) and TJ found I had been double billed for an oil change.
Mistakes happen but I was already a little sensitive because my bill was $6,000…you see what I mean:)

Micah personally told me he did not value my 30 year relationship with the dealership. He was nothing but an arrogant a**. He was 100% wrong when I asked him to service my deferential and refused to the very end to answer my questions. I turned to my wife and said you understand what I’m asking right, she answered by saying he is just refusing to answer you. Called my son who gets his vehicles and service from there. He laughed and said that’s the same a**hole I had, he said he is a joy to work with, isn’t he. Never in my 60 years have I had a dealership tell me my money was no good with them. I hope your sales people don’t start refusing to sell cars to your long standing customers. I won’t tell you how to run your dealership but if Micah is still working there after Monday I guess I will take my business somewhere else.
