The staff was over the top friendly when I brought car in. But that changed when I declined their $4600.00 quote for unnecessary multiple repairs. $758.00 alternator which was fixed by my mechanic for $308.19 at Juves Auto.
I was actually strongly considering trading my accord for a new Honda, but after my experience at Right Honda, I will not buy another Honda, which is sad because I used to be a loyal Honda owner.

My associate was excellent. The loaner car made it great to get my car fixed quickly. Liked the quiet waiting room. Snacks & cappuccino what’s not to like. Bathrooms were nice & clean. I came to Right Honda using the GPS navigation in my 2018 Accord Touring sedan for an emergency repair. The vehicle has a scraping noise emitting from the wheel well. Chris welcomes me, was able to fit me into the schedule as a wait customer; which I greatly appreciated. During my wait, I held business meetings in your establishment’s lounge. I mentored employees prior to retirement on the exceeding business partner expectations. Chris and Right Honda accomplished this at my first visit.
