Tim did a nice job! Work done in a reasonable amount of time. Honda should really address the battery losing a charge after a year and a half. Why put cheap batteries in the cars which could damage Honda’s reputation? Another customer had the same issue. Stop it don’t be so cheap! Not totally satisfied with my Accord it has become overrated. Will not get another one for sure. My previous Civic was much better overall.

I dropped my car off for an oil change, rotation and then inspection. I received a call that everything was good and to pick it up. When I pick it up I seenon the inspection sheet that there was recommended engine air filter replacement, interior air filter replacement and potential brake fluid replacement. No one called me and told me those were suggested to be taken care of. I rely on the techs and service writers to call while the car is there in order to take care of issues that arise. I’m very disappointed in this service. Now I have to make another appointment to take care of those things. I’m confused as to why I wasn’t notified. Very disappointing as I take care of my vehicles religiously and want to ensure they maintain longevity.
