Oscar was great! He was on it. But I was bringing the car back for the same reason I had it in there nine months ago. Squeaky breaks. The last time after “days” they replaced pads, something was bent(this is a relatively new car) the sound went away for about 8 weeks. I just was not going to bring it back again till I had to. So now I couldn’t stand it anymore. The explanation that if your breaks squeak they last longer is absolutely ridiculous. I can not believe that some people actually believe that-I don’t. So I have new pile, a few new filter and windshield wiper blades and $200 later it still sounds like I am driving a junket when I slow down or stop.
Oscar does an excellent job helping me maintain my Honda Odyssey and keep it running like new.

RightHonda is doing a great job at service. I am not like the rest of the public, but the only improvement that I can imagine is NOT having music in the “waiting room”. I have a great deal of trouble blocking out such things, and would prefer quiet. Thank you!
Alan McKenna is the absolute best!!!! Had the pleasure of working with him for 13 yrs with my last accord. After purchasing a different make vehicle and not being able to go to Alan the service from the other company wasn’t even close and couldn’t compare to Alan!!! So happy to have him back !!!! As long as Alan McKenna is there I will always own a Honda!

I was raped by your service dept. Something that should have been covered underthe warranty. But like the rip off artist honda is you charged me over $600 to fix a warranty item.
