Hi, I wasn't told that you guys were going to need to keep it 2 days. When I dropped it off the night before was thinking it would be done that day so I had to rearrange things for the next day and nobody had called to let me know that. Also, there is still a vibration up by the front right axle, it's definitely better so work was done but needing somebody to take a look at it to see what else is going on. Other than that the experience was good. Thanks

I had a 1:15 appointment for an oil change, I did not schedule a drop off. I didn’t leave the dealership with my vehicle until nearly 7pm. Luckily my boyfriend was in the area and he came to get me to do some errands however due to the lack of communication from the dealership upon taking possession of my car I had no idea my car was being taken for a random amount of time. I had 5:30 dinner reservations with friends that I missed because I had no idea a 1:15 oil change would conflict with dinner plans over 4 hours later. When I arrived back at the dealership I was told my car would be an additional 15 minutes which was already pretty unacceptable since my car had been there for about 5 hours at that point but it was much closer to an additional hour that I had to sit and wait. In my opinion this is completely unreasonable and I was incredibly upset. Once my next two pre paid oil changes are complete I will never be returning to this service department.

We are very happy with the top notch service we received from David. He kept us informed and was very easy to deal with. Excellent customer service from the first phone call he gave us until service was completed on our car.

Was quoted $79.99 for an oil change at check in and was charged $130+ at checkout. Charged addl for “turbo engine” but Lou Fusz has never charged me and service had all my vehicle information when I scheduled appointment but never disclosed they would charge more than was quoted and approved.
Service done was excellent
Initially, I wasn't. I had my car serviced. One of the things they did, was put on new struts. Then when I got home, I heard a noise, I hadn't heard before. I called and the original guy (my contact person) didn't work there anymore. Dave was assigned to me abd he was very nice. I took it in, they figured out that the part they put on was defective. So I had to schedule appt and come back in. My appt was at 9:45. At 5 p.m. I finally called because I hadn't heard anything all day. Dave called me back and said they had to order another part and it would be ready the next day. I asked why no one had let me know that so I could make arrangentsand. He said he just found out (why was he just finding that out? If it's because his position is so incredibly busy that it's difficult to keep up, then the service dept is scheduling too many appt each day. Think about customer service and your reputation instead of trying to make more $ by overscheduling). Anyway, I said I should get a rental car on Suntrup's dime as I needed a car and no one called so I could make arrangements). I was annoyed at this point. Eventually Billy approved that, which I was grateful for. The next mid morning, my car is ready and I go to pick it up and return the rental. As I'm about to leave the dealership, I noticed the plastic rectangle behind the rear view mirror is detached. I pulled back to the service dept. and several people tried to fix it, but it wasn't working. Each person who tried, we're very nice and really wanted to fix it. It was decided that they would make an appt with the person who can fix it. So I will be returning AGAIN. At least all the people I encountered have been nice to work with.

Chris did a great job. He explained the check point form and also explained what the results indicated. I also appreciate that they washed and dried my car. The work was completed in timely manner. There was another young man that was being trained, I think his name was Ben, he was helpful with quick that I had about the touchscreen.
Had to get rescheduled because I couldn't wait around for it. I left work to reschedule something that should have been handled during this date. And if the safety recall is an all day required job then a loaner vehicle should be provided. I have another vehicle, a Subaru, whenever I take the vehicle in for service or recall, I am able to get a loaner vehicle to continue on with my day. Highly discouraged by this dealership.
