Everyone there is completely unprofessional and rude. Nicole doesn’t know how to communicate. The cashier argues with customers and was upset that I was not signing a document with an incorrect price, continued to argue and yell. You all cracked my screen and won’t take accountability. I brought my car there and you all claim you couldn’t see the crack after week, but when I got the car back I can visibly see the crack that was not there at first.

Mike Woodard did an exceptional job with making sure my vehicle was repaired, he was persistent in finding the cause of the issue and kept me informed along the way. I received an email it was $105 and with extra it was $140. When got there to pay it was $180!!!!! That is not good business satisfaction. You should not send an email the service is complete with the price and then even higher at check out. We will most likely not be back. Completely lost faith in how Suntrup handles their business.

It is a pleasure to provide this feedback to you! Kayley was absolutely amazing! She was so professional, kind, friendly, and helpful to me. I actually went ahead and had additional services done on my car during this appointment because of her. I will request Kayley as my service writer for future service appointments! THANK YOU KAYLEY! I also want to thank Becky who was the technician who worked on my car during this appointment. Her video was outstanding! The dealership provided a comparatively quick and comprehensive remedy for what I suspect was an inadvertent oversight from the factory. In addition the service writer did not make unreasonable promises as to how soon the problem would be resolved, fortunately the technician located and hopefully has resolved the issue for the foreseeable future.

I would appreciate an oil change that doesn't take 5 hours to complete. I was a mechanic for 43 years and we could schedule a appointment for an oil service let's say at 10:00 am and have them out usually in one half hour. Please let me know why you all can't have a similar service, even 2 hour I can do. Thank you Richard S

Mike Woodward was a total gentleman and greatly put my mind at ease. I was so worried about my car issues. Mike completely took charge of the matter, he listened to all of my concerns and assured me everything would be corrected. He communicated with me and kept me informed. The very sweet young man named Chris Eisle had set up my appointment to bring my car in. Chris also put me at ease and assured me everything would turn out right. Your service department was a very satisfying experience for me. Everyone was very friendly and treated me with respect and made me feel like a valued customer. Suntrup KIA South has a great service department, great staff!!
