My service here was exceptional today and I really enjoyed having the opportunity to have a shuttle to Grant’s Farm to spend the day with my boyfriend. The service manager Billy and really everybody here was super accommodating to every need we had. Can’t wait to continue to do business in the future!

My check engine light came on. I asked about it. It has been my experience that service anywhere, but especially at the dealership, should be able to provide an explanation. I was told I needed to schedule a separate appointment. The automotive store provides an explanation at no cost, a customer courtesy. Service at the dealership does not measure up to what it has been previously. She offered me other services for additional fees but not the one that I asked for. Quite disappointed.

Just a bit puzzled . My car is just over a year old to me. It had 7 miles on it when I purchased it from Suntrup. Before my oil change yesterday the 28th of April my car worked fine. After oil change my auto lights ,the part that notices automaticallybrights/ to dim does not work now. The head lights work. Just the automatically switching doesn’t. I find that rather strange and sad.
