Had an appointment for 10:15 for an oil change and tire rotation. I Did not hear anything by 5 pm so I began calling for an update. Automated system stated they had not begun yet. Tried to reach a real person and was directed to a voicemail that was never returned. Tried calling again and the automated system stated the job was in progress. Send to me the vehicle was forgotten until the voicemail but I can’t say for sure since I was unable to speak with a real person

David was fine but when my vehicle was finished it took them over an hour to bring my vehicle. They sat my keys in a basket and never brought them to David. On top of that they didn’t wash my car! David did offer but at that point I had waited so long I was over the visit!

Nicole Vien was absolutely amazing! She made sure I was handled properly and I can’t thank her enough. Unfortunately the maintenance team has let me down though. I’ve brought my brand new 2026 k5 to suntrup kia several times now to have a creaking noise fixed. Every time they tell me they’ve fixed it but it still has not been fixed. So I’m constantly being lied to by the technicians who say they’ve fixed it but didn’t. I just want this creaking noise fixed on my brand new car that I just bought in October.

Nicole Vein is fabulous! This is the second time she worked with me and my new Seltos. She greeted me as soon as I walked in the door, and she set me up with up with my favorite mechanic! I hope to work with her in the future! She is awesome!
