I had a 12 PM appointment. I was there at 11:50 AM. They took my car back immediately. It took one hour and 36 minutes on a scheduled oil change that is ridiculous.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming from when I arrived to the end! With the thorough communication, helped put me at ease with the entire process. I like getting the video and explanation/quote of what was needed and how much it would cost so at the end when checking out there was no surprise. When I got into my car, I noticed how clean it was - thank you, Chad! And thank you to the other staff-Hasanoviv, Semir & Cindy & Service Manager!

I scheduled my oil change. I arrived on time and was greeted promptly. The service was completed in a timely matter while I waited with drinks snacks and wifi provided. Great job Suntrup Kia service department!

I was satisfied with my service Representative, Justin Coleman. I am never happy having to deal with the dealership. It generally takes 2 to 3 days to get serviced and they never have loaner cars, no rental car discount and no really concern for how someone is supposed to deal with getting to work without a car. I also had some confusion with the service description form that was sent to me. The way it was designed it showed a payment plan and the words decline and accept below it. I thought I was declining the service plan and turns out I was declining the service so they didn’t do any work on my car. The main issue is that we do everything mobile and service reps no longer call or communicate with the customers. Not everything should be done in a text. I have had the same or worse experience with service at Mid River Kia. While I like your automobiles I doubt I’ll get another Kia because of the horrors of having to get it serviced. Again I think Justin Coleman was great but he is limited with the kind of service he could really provide.

Chris stuck with it to find out needed to be fixed. He worked to get the repairs covered by our warranty. Took a few days longer for the repairs than I thought.

When I drove up to the service bay, I was greeted with a smile. Chris came out got me all signed in. Everything was taken care of. Everyone was nice and friendly. And I received a car that was freshly washed and vacuumed and that is as much appreciated as the Service received.
