Watched the tech change the oil and perform the multi point inspection. After he completed the work the car was not touched for about 25 minutes. Only until I went to the service counter and told them the situation was the car brought to the front. Did not understand why the tech didn’t notify the service desk when he completed the work. My time is valuable too.

Grace was great! Even though the emissions test couldn’t be completed because of a possible issue with the State’s system, she offered a solution of returning in the morning. Everyone was extremely kind and professional!

The people on site were very nice and tried to make the process smooth. I do not like the electronic assistants who answer the phone and book. Much prefer a real live person!

Day of service is great. Communication on day of service is great. I do think you may need more help with answering phones and returning phone calls with messages, etc

My car has taken over 5 weeks and still isn't fully completed. Had to pay for 2 different turros before finally getting a rental car. The lack of communication from Chad throughout the 5 weeks was ridiculous.

Only recommendation is to have service department change the user profile to guest before moving seats and mirror settings. I had to redo all my saved settings following service.
