My service representative never contacted me about ANY UPDATES about my car. I had to physically go to the dealership to check on it. Whenever I usually bring my car I would receive a complementary car wash, this time my car was not washed at all.

I have never encountered such a company that does not communicate with their customers. I don’t know what is going on up there but something needs to change. We have “advisors” to speak to about our cars yet it’s IMPOSSIBLE to speak to anyone in a timely manner. I would go days without hearing a single word. Beyond disgusting, deplorable, and downright horrible in the way the service department works with consumers.

I called to schedule my appointment and talked with an automated system to schedule. When I got to the service department they had no record of my appointment. Luckily I had the confirmation text that was sent to me. I ended up waiting two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. We just moved here a month ago and this was my first visit to Suntrup for service. This was not a good first impression.

My multi-point inspection paperwork stated that my washer fluid level was checked; however, my low washer fluid warning came on the next day. My tires were also not filled up and there is a low tire pressure light three days after my oil change and tire rotation appointment.

After receiving my car back from the motor being replaced, my air conditioner doesn't work. I am being told there is no loaner for me and the car needs to be dropped off for them to "fix" it. I spent over $1,200 on Uber with this motor mess and I do not have the money to continue. This is on the dealership not me. I would like someone to reach out please.

Robyn Jenson was Awesome, great customer-service, made sure I was taken care of and informed me on everything. Cindy the Assistant Manager was Awesome, asked me what I was having done on my Sportage, made sure I was taken care of and great customer service. Both of these ladies Care and take Pride in there job, they make sure us Customers leave happy. Thank you so much!!!!

The Car is still pulling to the right even after the 4 wheel alinement I will be bringing the car back if after I put a new set of tires on and it doesn't take care of the problem

I appreciate what Chris did and the overall outcome of the service. However communication through the day was a fail. The car was there at 8am (dropped off before 5pm the night before with Chris) I received no communication till 11:30am a phone call. Then again Nothing till he phoned back at 4:23pm. 30 minutes before closing. Prior to this I have no idea if they are keeping the car overnight and working on it the next day. I had started calling, texting and emailing at 2pm nothing. Communicating with the customer HAS to be better or I am not coming back.
