I can't talk about the rrpair. The last two times I have came in for service, I had problems with air iny tires. I noticed the dash light on for a low tire. Was never on before I came. One tire had the right air. 3 a bit low, and one 8 lbs low. I waoted there for 5 hrs. They were cool by temperature.

Service team is excellent but your communication system is not. Some service issues need a real person- robots and texts are not enough. I was very frustrated.

We were on time for 730 appointment,but not started til 830. Also waiting too long an no refreshments. Told not to wash car we had just washed 2 days before. They did wash car an now this is the second time done an never dryed off.so now water spots. Very disappointed

Communication needs to be improved.I was notified that my vehicle was finished and responded that I needed a shuttle to pick me up. I didn't get a response so I sent another text an hour later. Still no response so I tried calling a half hour later and had to leave a voice-mail. I finally got a text that someone would be picking me up. Communication has always been an issue.

Made a return trip to hopefully resolve the issue with not being able to get my emissions test done. (Turns out it’s the Troop C readers that are not compatible with 2026 Honda Hybrids). Grace was very kind and took the time to explain what all Suntrup did to try and resolve the issue and even suggested I go to Honda hoping that might help. I appreciate being squeezed in that morning and my experience overall was great. (:
