David was a great example of what service representatives should be. He was mindful of cost and mindful of my time constraints (I chose to stay while the work was being done). Once again I was met with completely disappointment from my long overdue and incomplete service experience with this dealership. I have refrained from leaving reviews but not sure I can ignore this repeated terrible service anymore. Buyers should be aware.

Service department was very nice and helpful. Oil change appointment was difficult to schedule in a timely manor. My home is 30 minutes away and it’s not convenient for family and friends to pick me up for an oil change. Hope to navigate the future with Kia appointments with a little more ease. Staff was excellent!

Poor communication. Being told different things by different people as well as what I was presented with from the service notes. Kia not having any communication for days and then I was being called after business hours two days in a row at almost 7pm. Awful service all around.

Nicole was outstanding. She helped me understand our limited warranty which helped us save money, explained the service repairs, and was super kind and courteous. She returned all of our calls if she missed them. Really outstanding customer service. We requested her again for our next vehicle's appointment!

Yes I’m satisfied with the oil change but I waited 2 hours. I made an appointment for 3:30 and didn’t have my car back until 5:30. That’s entirely too long for an oil change.

The service advisor did a good job today and I appreciate that! I can’t say I am completely satisfied with my visit today because my check engine light is back on this evening. I brought the car in on December 15th due to the engine light being on and also for the oil level to be checked. The technician stated that the light was on due to the catalytic converter and he cleared the code. He stated it was due to the oil consumption. He stated that if the light comes back on then I will need a new one. I called a few weeks later and spoke to Grace and told her that the light came back on. She told me that it was safe to keep driving and that it might even go off. I said ok. I also left a few voicemails for Billy the service manager because I had some further questions. I never received a return phone call. The light went off on its own. I kept driving it until I reached the 1000 miles and brought it in today for the oil level to be checked. It checked out ok and they did a recall. I am driving this evening and the check engine light comes on. My brother has a code scanner and it pulls code P0420 for the catalytic converter. He did not clear the code and the engine light is still on. I am frustrated because now I will have to contact Kia again about this issue. This converter is bad due to the excessive oil consumption. I hate your phone system because talking to an actual person is not possible. I am sorry to complain but I am a little frustrated. I will be contacting Kia tomorrow.

App not friendly, forced to stay 3 hours for a tire rotation that was forgotten on my last appointment. Was told about a leak in my car, whe there only kia has done work on the part leaking. When I asked questions, she got a bit snippy with a sarcastic answer.

I dropped off a vehicle for an oil change at 9:30am. 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment. I then received a text stating my vehicle was checked in. Then I hear absolutely nothing back till I checked in at 1:37pm. I received NO response. Then I called only to get a voice-mail system. My call was returned and I was told my vehicle was next to be worked on. I let them know I would need a ride back to the shop when my car was almost completed. I heard nothing at all so I text asking for a ride at 4:20pm. That text was NEVER responded to. I then found my own ride to the dealership. When I asked where we were at on the oil change I was told it is next to be worked on. I am completely floored by how long this took to get a simple oil change. This experience reminds me why I won't purchase another vehicle from this dealership even though the purchase went extremely well.
