I was disappointed in the lack of communication. I messaged twice asking for a time update so we could plan our evening with no follow up. It was until I called that Jud was able to get me a firm answer. He was very helpful. Seems unlikely that an oil change/tire rotation would take 9:30-5:45pm but Jud seemed to get things moving much more quickly.

The manager was acting like he doesn’t get paid enough. I’m hoping the oil/filter they put in isn’t going to be the same low quality

My Kia app still tells me my car has an outstanding recall issue. Is that true? Because I thought that was taken care of earlier today with my visit.

David was amazing to work with. He deescalated an issue I had. I would provide him with 5 star service rating. He remained in communication with me, which seems to be something lacking in today's time. Very happy that I was in good hands.

Rude mechanic and my car was not fixed. They charged $207 for diagnosis only. I don't recommend this location for anyone. They didnt fix the recall issue as well.

Only complaint is having vehicle ALL day for an oil & filter change. Even when I wait, 2+ hours seems awfully long.

In 13 years of going to various Kia dealerships in the St. Louis area, Jud was by far the best associate I’ve ever encountered. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. He is great at his job, and I hope to encounter him on my next visit to Suntrup.

Grace was informative with her calls and kept me posted on updates. It was unfortunate that she had to deliver the unexpected news that it could take 24-48 hours for a technician to even look at my car, even though I had made an appointment (with the call center maybe)? I felt like she did her best with what she could do. I appreciated her.
