I was told by the service advisor that my car would be washed. It wasn’t. It wasn’t something that I was expecting ahead of time, but I was definitely looking forward to it because I had been planning on getting a car wash later in the day. So that was a little disappointing.
Nicole was very nice.
Although, I am not happy with the service department as a whole. I got left in the dark with zero updates, the day I dropped off my car. I had to get another ride to be able to go to work. I scheduled this on my day off on purpose. I am not mad it took another day, I am very mad that not a SINGULAR person decided to reach out to me to let me know there was a delay.
Whereas I was happy the service was completed, I was not happy that it took 8 hours after my morning appt to complete the inspection. I understand you require recalls to be there until 6:00, but I don't understand why it took that long for probably a 15 minute process. I seriously was the last car released. I bought my used car from Suntrup even though I live in North County. I will not be returning to this Kia dealership for future work & be rudely treated by your service reps like Grace.
Chris was great. He clarified everything that needed to happen and we have a plan going forward

Rachel was great. I dropped our vehicle off at 9:45. It wasn’t taken in till around 3:30. Didn’t hear anything till 5:00. The link wouldn’t let me see the multi point video. (That happened in Dec. too)
Plus I needed a shuttle to be able to pick up my car. I know from experience that shuttle service ends at 5:00.
I made three different calls! Each time it was stupid AI!
I left a message for David Hubble ( I forgot that Rachel said it would be Chris). My husband and I needed our car for an emergency….So we had to get an Uber to get to Suntrup Kia.
Chris and David were very kind. It was just a frustrating experience!
And…we have to bring it back to get a new Drive Belt.
Had car 3.5 weeks and charged 710 with a car 64000 miles on it
They got me in and out for an emission test in 30 minutes. Wow

For the first time ever, I am not satisfied with my service visit at Suntrup Kia South. I was not adequately communicated with regarding the status of my car. When I made the appointment the person I spoke with said that the service department would be able to get my car started early if possible. I had to call to ensure that it was in fact in the queue to be serviced. Once I received my report, I was told that my breaks needed to be replaced-I have in fact NOT heard any squeaking as a result of breaks being worn down. According to my research it is not required right now. It feels like they saw a girl come in to drop the car off and taking advantage of someone who might see something marked in red and be willing to drop $1,000+ on a repair. I know I need tires, but spending 3-4 car payments at one time on the car isn’t always feasible for everyone. Additionally-I was rudely welcomed when I came into the service department. I didn’t know to go straight to the cashier. Nobody was willing to talk to me about the potential service that the car needs. Lastly, when I purchased the vehicle, Moe left me with the impression that whenever I come in the car would automatically go through the car wash, weather permitting of course. When the porter drove the car around, I had to ask him to take it back to be washed. Was that something that has changed? I wanted to have some time to cool down after the visit, but the more I think about it the more I would like to speak to a manager. As I said before, I have always recommended others to this dealer in particular, even considering purchasing a vehicle for my husband here too. But after today that might change. Thank you for reading my soapbox.
Nichole Vien was the best service person ive dealt with since comming here! The customer service and just all around attention to detail was unmatched ! Hope you guys keep her around! It definitely made me a happy customer!

Just brought my car back home and just now noticed the panel was not even fixed back and there are bolts and small side cover is on the seat. The panel literally popped out when I opened the door.
When you remove something to diagnosis would you not put it back.

So there was issues figuring out how to drop it off last night on Wednesday February the 4th the individual dropping it for me was able to find an individual inside one of your staff confirmed with a manager what to do and they took the keys at 6:30 a.m. Thursday February the 5th I receive a phone call because they see my car but cannot find my keys this is an unacceptable fear you have placed on me worrying about what has happened to my keys luckily I knew my car potentially was safe my keys are found I have a 7:00 a.m. appointment and at 10:00 a.m. was told my car was taken into the shop so three and a half hours then finally I'm told by 12 something that my car is ready I understand you say that my car can be there potentially for 11 hours but if I drop it off at 4:00 appointment I still don't get it till 6:00 so I'm not going to take 7:00 a.m. appointments anymore the risk that I had last time which is my biggest complaint I have not been able to get an appointment since the last time you kept my car without completing the service and then promised me in text which I will show to any legal team a 50% discount on my next service which I did not received instead I paid $91 today my nephew needed my car and did not have time to argue it with you all I need someone to be in contact with me about the fraudulent behavior of offering a discount which was then not provided ****-****-xxxx Sincerely Sandra D
Brought my car in for an express oil change, waited three hours. What is the purpose of making an appointment? After three hours I told the service advisor that I had to leave because I needed to get to work. She apologized and suddenly my vehicle was ready??? I received my 27 point inspection notification after the vehicle was brought out. Prior service appointments have taken all day for an oil change. They forgot to remove my keys from the drop box one time, so I was without a car all day. Yesterday's visit, my service advisor apologized and took $15 off of my bill. She was very friendly
