I have used your service several times and although Jud was friendly I didn’t not feel as if he was as efficient as others. When he called to let me know my car was ready, I asked if it would be ready to pick up by the time I got there (20-30 minutes)as it was during work hours which he assured me. When I arrived it was just going to get washed. When it was done he took me to the cashier to check out and after several attempts to get the invoice corrected (as I had a warranty which was not used when original invoice was completed). It was over an hour later when I finally left the dealer.

When I picked up my car first they said I owed $155. For new key, then when they pulled my car up for me it was trashed, literally trash all over passenger seat, all passenger floorboard it was horrible, I found empty package of rolling papers and a vape device, my car is idling high, and just today, Sunday it started shaking and died. I will be coming up this week as soon as I get time off of work I have pictures that I took there of the way my car was given back to me.

I've had two appointments set and when I arrived nothing was in the records as having had them. The woman who had set the most recent was at the desk and she acknowledged that she remembered the previous issue and she had set an appointment. My initial contact at the dealership was very positive.

Rachel Daugherty completely changed my mind on going to Suntrup. I was dreading bringing car in but had to as was recall. My past as well as my late husbands experience with the service department was horrible and we started going elsewhere for services. However based on Rachel’s professionalism, helpfulness I am going to bring my car back for regular maintenance.

I will see about getting car in ASAP for front brake pads. Since rotors r at 3mm, I think I may want to get new ones. With tires, will check on coupon. I do have a coupon for brake pads also. I will get the cabin filter & replace myself to save on costs. Thanks,Donna N
