I asked for no car wash because I just had the exterior detailed. You guys ran my Telluride through the wash. It definitely wasn’t her fault. The paperwork was noted.

I got my vehicle back at about 4:30 and as I was starting to leave the lot following my wife who was driving the Sedona, I noticed the passenger side brake light was nonfunctional. All the other lights worked. In my opinion this is in no way on Rachel. She was great to work with. I have 2 Kia minivans (Sedona and 26 Carnival) and love both of them.

Dave was absolutely fantastic to work with. I'd been nervous to have all the work done at the dealership because of cost, but I received fantastic service and fair pricing. From answering my bazillion questions, hearing my concerns and frustrations, and having to call with several added repairs and costs, he was very professional, understanding, and patient! 10/10, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, 100% satisfied

My appt was at 11 I was there at 10:55 Chris didn’t even know I was in my car waiting for 15 minutes before I said something I think the guy who waved me into the stall should of at least told chris I was waiting instead he just said somebody will be with you and walked away otherwise everything else was ok

This was the best oil change and tire rotation I have had. My appointment was at 1:00pm I arrived early and was done and ready to leave by2:00pm. That’s the way it should be. I have sat there over 3 hours before when I had an appointment for the same thing. I driver close to an hour and half to get my service done there. Thank you for the speedy service today.

We were not notified that service had been completed when we arrived at Suntrup. The car had been left overnight for an oil change Monday. The last I heard was a walk around video at 12:27. When we asked the cashier about the vehicle she did not have the paperwork and indicated she would need to get with the service advisor to see if she had it. After some derogatory remarks aimed at the service advisor said told us they would find the keys and paperwork. We got home and noticed the tires were all at 40 psi. I was planning on calling Tuesday to see if this is correct for this vehicle
