Service appointment started off on wrong foot, as I waited almost 40 minutes at the service door and no one came over to see me and check me in. Finally I went up to Rachel and she took prompt care of me. The actual service time was shorter than quoted which I appreciated. Also she comped the service charge which was much appreciated.

David was extremely helpful. A technician had forgot to refasten the plastic under the car when replacing the horn, and it fell off while driving it home. We called and David made sure it was quickly repaired and ordered a replacement part for us.

After maintenance last friday, my car engine started sputtering on saturday. I brought the car in Monday morning and Lonnie got it in right away. It appears there may have been air in the fuel line.
