David was great. He asked if scheduling advised that it could take up to two days to resolve my issues and they had not. Due to this being a Friday that meant that I would be without my vehicle over the weekend. Luckily that was not going to be an issue. He felt my frustration with scheduling and was able to have my vehicle ready by the end of the day.
Something needs to be addressed with your scheduling department. This is not the first issue I have had with them.
Lonnie was very sweet & kind when I checked in & when she had to call me to let me know that my vehicle wasn't going to be completed in the same day as it was stated when I made the appointment with someone else, she was very apologetic for the inconvenience. And when I picked up my vehicle there was a mix up with my paperwork with someone else's & confusion then on where my vehicle was & she took care of me & reprinted my paperwork & found my vehicle.
Chris is very nice and was pleasant to deal with, but I was very disappointed with the lack of communication and excuses to why I was not contacted until I had to reach out multiple times about my car not being finished. This is now the second service I’ve had done that has resulted in my car needing to be kept overnight with no solution offered to me, and I was never notified until the very end of the day both times. I was then told I would hear from him in the morning right away, and I waited until later in the afternoon to reach back out, to hear back that it still wasn’t done. I understand people run behind, I do so in my own business as well, but communication is key and I would’ve really appreciated the heads up that I would be with out a vehicle for over half the day yet again.
I would consider buying a vehicle from Suntrup in the future solely based on the way I was treated by Mike. He is a great new addition to your team. I felt as if he truly was invested in giving me the best possible service and invested in my complete satisfaction. Thank you Mike. Thank you so very much for your professionalism and concern. It was a welcome change from dealerships and service advisor’s from previous interactions.

I was very satisfied with the way Lonnie handled things through this entire process. I didn't have to worry about going DAYS without an update because every time she would say she was going to contact me, she did just that each time! She was a joy to talk to and very understanding. If my Jeep ends up back in the shop again (hopefully it doesn't lol) but I would want her as my service rep again! Thank you for everything Lonnie! It was also nice meeting you in person at pickup!

Nicole was great BUT…. Getting my vehicle scheduled and the entire situation with that was awful. No way should it take 2 sales people, a manager, just multiple people involved to schedule me a service that never got put on the books and then.. having to have a 36 year olds father go up there to get my paint fixed on my vehicle. There’s so much more to this but I really hope that Kia Suntrup gets their crap together going forward. Oh and Nicole, she’s a keeper. Make sure you pay her well so you’ll have a good employee going forward.
