My only issue was that the cabin air filter needed to be changed and I was going to be charged over a hundred dollars. I changed it for $16.95 in less than 10 minutes. I know that you have to cover overhead but this seems excessive.

The service department is great, but I had a brush bar installed. It was scratched up and I complained about it. I know it was probably damaged in shipping to you,but if I would have seen it before it was installed I would not have accepted it.

Amy was very rude to me multiple times and didnt properly explain what was going on with my vehicle. When I asked for clarification she told me to come pick up my vehicle then knowing I live 75 miles away. My info on my vehicle was documented incorrectly as well as my personal information such as my name.
