I called several times for a status of my service and no one would pick up the phone. Service department needs improvement. The dealership where I bought my car set the standard for the level of service I expect from Toyota.

Didn’t like having to go online to see the inspection report. If I’d known I needed a new engine air filter I would have asked if it could be done while I was there.
