The communication was not great. I would call and someone would take my name and number down but no one would call me back for hours. Once hours passed I would try to call again just to get the same response. My vehicle was not complete when I was told it would be giving some time before I call and then get told they still don’t have the correct part to fix it.

I've been in automotive service industry for 25 years and Toyota has a good crew. Thank you for your service

I appreciate you getting to my vehicle. I called for 2 weeks and didn't get a response call back so I decided to drop it off and try my luck. I do want to let you know that I thought the online approval was great and handy for busy teachers, however, I clicked on 2 of the recommendations- the air filter and alignment. They were not done based on the online approval that was sent to me. I did text you this morning and asked if the recalls and alignment was done. Alignment was done after I said something, and I forgot to mention filter. I didn't notice it at time of payment, and I had to get back to work. Maybe there is a bug in the approval program? My apologies for not being able to answer when you called me about the vehicle, we played phone tag. Overall your service department continues to be great. Thank you!

I asked for the key to be left in the vehicle. It was not and now we don't know where it is.

Work was well done. Shuttle service was very good. I received a text saying that I missed my appointment when I was at the shop 1/2 hr early. That was confusing. But the rest was very satisfactory

Amy and team are great. Only issue is that the backup camera system no longer works correctly. I can no longer change the view when in reverse.
