The person at the service desk did a very good job explaining how things are going with my Toyota Rav 4. They told me what to do when I started to have problems with my vehicle again. I plan to follow through with the advice that I received from the person who was working at the service desk.

I will never go back. I sat in the waiting room for 2.5 hours waiting on a shuttle. This wa s schedule appointment. I had. Coupon for. 29.99 oil change. I asked where the shuttle was. They said it be just. A few minutes. Another 20 minutes later and no shuttle. I was now to have a family member to come get me. Them Toyota wanted to charge me full price for the oil change. Never ever going back here and I will share this experience with everyone.

This visit was nothing short of a pleasure. I didn’t like going to the other Toyota as much as this one. I was anxious there.
Matteo was patient , knowledgeable and worked with me. He didn’t automatically spit out how much things would cost but stayed with my initial concern first.
He needed to ask another employee a question and HE was patient and helpful. I came into the building anxious but left optimistic.
The Toyota service team is always impeccable. Amy has been a long time go to and Josph was a great addition.

The desk people in the service area were great! I was contacted and told my front brakes needed to be replaced right away. I had just purchased new tires from Les a Schwab - Toyota told me the front brakes were down to 3mm and should be replaced as soon as possible. I had to leave and later that day I took the car back to Schwab and asked about front brakes needed- they were $100 less and came with a 3 year warranty. But the kicker is - they checked and the front brakes were at 7mm and did not need replacement - I asked them when I should check again and they said they would check each time I brought the vehicle in for the free tire rotation- every 4k to 5k miles. This is a similar experience I have whenever I use dealer service departments. I have zero confidence in what you recommend for service and your prices are rarely competitive. Sorry - I won’t badmouth you but you should talk with your people and not oversell!!!

It was good except the truck must not have reset the maintenance alert because it is still alerting us. No problem I will reset it.

My appointment was at 9 am and all I wanted was the front license plate to be attached. I didn’t leave until after 10:15. I also prepaid for a part but had one in the car already. I was told it would be 3-4 weeks before I would get a refund.
