Just for the techs to be mindful about oil or greasy hand prints on leather trim/interior would be my only critique. I know it’s a routine and everybody gets complacent. I work on motorcycles so I understand for a fact. you guys did a good job though. I don’t mind wiping down the inside of my car when I get home, but I imagine other people would complain. thank you.

Joseph was great and very knowledgeable. My issue was when I called to schedule this appointment I was trying to get a diagnostic appointment but the woman I spoke with scheduled me for a 3 point inspection, oil change and tire rotation. So I drove 40min and wasted an hour of my Saturday( the day before Mother's Day) to not have my car problem addressed. I explained to the woman scheduling that I had a humming/whining noise I needed to be checked out. I though it was obvious what type of appointment I needed. I'm disappointed I had to drive 40min and schedule the diagnostic appointment in person. If you're not able to schedule a diagnostic appointment over the phone it needs to be made clearer to customers or the phone schedulers need to be retrained.
